The machine is designated for personal hygienic control when entering in and going out of working areas.
It consists of a sensor operated (photocell) hand sink, space for hand dryer, hand disinfection unit with turn style, brushes for soles and for boot cleaning, integrated in a common body and control.
Hand washing is controlled by two photocells – one for soap and one for water. The pass-through boot cleaning machine consists of three vertical and two horizontal brushes, the pass-through sole cleaning machine consists of another two horizontal brushes. All of the brushes have independent motor-gear. The boot cleaning machine is independent and can be used separated from the station.
When entering in or going out additional side step allows to choose only sole cleaning or also boot cleaning. The rotation of the brushes for boot cleaning is controlled by capacitive sensor and for the sole cleaning by photocell (time for rotating of the brushes is adjustable).
Programmable controller Siemens allows settings of operating modes in a wide range.
The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 DIN (AISI 304) and complies with the Council Directives No. 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/EC and USDA regulations.
