The device is designed to sterilize a knife and one sharpening steel with blade length up to 350 mm (openings for the sharpening steels can be used also for knives). Water heating up to 85°С is performed by electric heaters. The filling of the water is performed by hand, the drain is by means of a ball valve. For safety reasons the sterilizer is equipped with overflow. The device is designed for wall fixation. The firm can offer sterilizers with different capacities, according to the customer’s needs. The sterilizer is made of stainless steel 1.4301 DIN (AISI 304) and complies with the Council Directives No. 2006/42/EC and 2006/95/EC and USDA regulations.
