The machine is designated for cutting of rectangular blocks cheese and brined cheese into pieces with fixed weight.
The working principle is as follows:
The rectangular block is placed on conveyor belt with scale. After measuring its weight the block is transported to the cutting guillotine. During movement the shape and dimensions of the block are measured by laser scanners. Taking the results of the scanners, microprocessor calculates the thickness of each slice, which should be cut from the guillotine. After the cutting each slice falls to a checkweigher and if there is deviation from the specified weight, it’s removed by a rejecter.
Max. dimensions of rectangular cheese block: 220x320x150 mm
Slicer weight: from 150 g to 1000 g
Capacity: up to 60 pcs./min (depending on product and slicer weight)
The production line is module one and consists of:
· Machine for cutting in fixed weight
· Checkweigher with rejecter.
