The machine is designated for fast and effective washing of standard knife baskets with/without knives inside used in the food industry. It consists of chamber for washing and rinsing and two tanks under them.
When the door is open the knife baskets are placed on special trolley. After pushing the trolley in the washing zone and the door is closed starts the washing process. It is performed by means of two rotating collectors with nozzles. The washing solution in the tank is heated with electrical heaters. Automatic dosing system is used for adding and concentration controlling of the washing solution. After the washing the baskets are rinsed and sterilized (at the same time). The used water is led back in the washing tank for refreshing of the washing agent. The tank is equipped with manually cleaned filter for catching the bigger soils.
The machine has two tanks – one for the washing and one for the sterilization. The water in both tanks is heated by means of electric heaters. The desired water temperature for the washing can be adjusted between 30-60°C via thermostat and for the sterilization it is 80-85°С.
The machine is made of stainless steel 1.4301 (AISI 304) and complies with the Council Directives 2006/42/ЕС and 2006/95/EC, and USDA regulations.
