Hog casing cleaning machine H-800-2

The H-800-2 casings cleaning line has a capacity of up to 70 casings / hour. It consists of two standard machines equipped with different accessories to work on the line. Process: 1) The first machine carries out two operations: it empties the manure and it crushes the slime. 2) The casings fall into a tank and get soaked for fifteen minutes. After that, they are reintroduced into the first machine to take the slime out and crush the threads. This stainless steel tank incorporates wheels to move it easily. We supply two units, one for each operation. 3) The casings are collected by hand and introduced into the finishing machine. At the end of the process the clean casings fall into a tank with cold water and the threads are collected in another one.
