CustomTrack carts are fully adapted to your requirements thanks to a tailored cart and layout design. In particular the direction change systems increase the flexibility of the transport process. There are four different types of chassis available for the change of direction. •customised cart design and mounting fixtures •integrated direction change technology in the carts •highly flexible layout design •highly precise positioning thanks to centring function A dolly with a cross-type chassis is equipped with an additional chassis with cassettes. Compressed air cushions extend the additional chassis to permit transverse movement in crossing situations. In total, the dolly is lifted by approx. 20 mm. An external compressed air supply is required on the crossings or intake stations for this additional function. Primary use: many carts, few crossings. Advantage: the integrated lifting function is easy to expand into a transfer step for transport tasks. A dolly on the RoundTrack system makes it possible to manually push the component from one work area to the next. A dolly with a Quadro chassis has cassettes that can rotate in the dolly. A central lever or a single wheel pivot lever is used to make the switch. Primary use: many carts and many crossings. Advantages: extremely flat design and no external energy required for changing direction.
