Description

Plastic Jerrycan Mixer (25 Litre, 8 Containers) DME01-PJC-230V-25L-8 Designed to allow batch mixing of 25 litre containers commonly found in industrial environments. Simply load eight plastic jerrycans into the mixer head, secure in place and then mix to homogenize the contents. This model is electric mains 230V powered and complies with the Machinery Directive. Electric control system This jerrycan mixer features an electric control panel on the side of the unit. The following controls are available via the panel: start/stop, mix timer, variable RPM, docking function and LED-light indicators. Users can configure the jerrycan mixer to suit their requirements, once they press start the mixer will rotate for the set duration. A home function button returns the stack of jerrycans to the vertical orientation ready for unloading. Head assembly The jerrycan mixer head assembly has been designed to be robust and simple to use. Operators load eight containers into the head, close the front securing bars and place a top clamp arrangement over the jerrycans. A bar is used to clamp down the whole assembly ensuring a safe and secure load during mixing. The reverse of this process is carried out to remove the jerrycans from the mixing unit.
