Electric control system This plastic jerrycan mixer makes use of a mains-powered control panel. The panel includes: start/stop control, mix timer, RPM adjustment, docking function and LED-light indicators. The operator can setup the plastic jerrycan mixer to suit their unique needs. Adjusting the mix duration via the timer is a very useful function for ensuring each batch is mixed uniformly. The docking function button returns the four jerrycans back to the vertical position ready for unloading or sampling. Head assembly Designed with simplicity in mind the mixer head is fast and easy to load. Place four containers inside the base plate all touching one another. Place the clamp down bar on top of the four containers and use the two clamp-down nuts to secure the containers in place. The clamping mechanism requires no tools as it is secured by hand.
