These Vortex Mixers allow scientists to control mixing speeds by selecting from 200-rpm to 2,500-rpm for gentle mixing up to vigorous agitation. Users can select between the continuous operation mode and the touch-on mode with a simple push of a button. The die-cast body is robust and avoids unnecessary movement when in use. Its design is also ergonomic and low profile, making everyday vortexing simple and comfortable for the user. For long-term mixing, an integral retort rod mechanism enables the vessels to be secured above the vortex action. Two models are available: the SA8, which has the variable mixing speeds, and the SA7, which has a fixed speed of 2,500-rpm.
