Robot grinder attachement RGS-01

The RGS-01 is an electrical straight grinder endeffector developed for industrial use. The compact servomotor runs at 400-480Vac 3-ph, and produces 4.8 Nm of torque with a maximum speed of 5000rpm. Speeds up to 10000rpm can be provided on request. It has a standard ER16 collet on which any abrasive tool with shaft, from cotton discs to mounted points can be mounted or even a drill bit. The RGS-01 is designed to be easily compatible with attachment derived from the manual tools and with custom made attachments. The RGS-01 runs with the standard motor controller from Suhner and is controlled through digital I/Os.
