High speed machining of medium to high hardness steels with maximum stiffness for rapid metal removal and excellent chip evacuation now available from our new range of GS Hard endmills. A new smooth heat resistant coating decreases friction whilst an ultra fine grain low cobalt carbide substrate minimises plastic deformation.Machining SKD11 (60HRC) at 70m/min cutting speed and 900mm/min feed rate with no coolant - tool wear against competitors end mills was excellent
