APOLLO Pop-up diverter is used to quickly and efficiently divert product from a main line conveyor onto branch line. It can be integrate seamlessly into new and reconditioned conveyors. With the capacity to smoothly and swiftly divert a large range of packages, it can be used in many applications and industries (distribution or logistic centers, parcel and postal, manufacturing etc. - Available options with 30° or 45° - Available Left/Right transfer - Transfer on wheels - Powered by motorised rollers - Gentle transport for goods - Modular and compact cassette design - Easily fitted into most conveyor frames - Can be used in routing, sorting or mergings - Easy installation, easy maintenance - Reduces the total cost of system deployment APOLLO Pop-up Diverter is used to redirect loads to a line set at an angle of 30 ° or 45 °. Wheels are lifted by means of 24V electric motor and then move products through the wheels, When wheels are not actived up, products will move forward by rollers. So it can be widely utilized in sorting applications, where diverting to multiple different lanes effectively creating a sortation conveyor.
