3 DOF (Degree of Freedom) Motion Simulation Platform Based on our electric cylinder, we design and manufacture the 3 DOF (3 Degree of Freedom) motion base platforms. The three-degree-of-freedom motion platform consists of three electric cylinders, three upper and lower universal hinges and two upper and lower platforms. By controlling the telescopic length of the three electric cylinders, the motion platform can be rotated about the X-axis and the Y-axis, and linear motion along the Z-axis. The three-degree-of -freedom platform is mostly used for simulation experiments.It has obvious safely,economy and operability.As it is not limited by the space and meteorological conditions,so it has the advantage of safe,economical,operational and efficient. In addition,as it has less drive joints,less freedom,and is easy to control,it is widely used in driving simulation training,flight simulator,space docking simulation,shipboard and vehicle motion simulation,and structural force loading.The platform can form large shocks and sway,simulate the complex road conditions of the car,the ship's waves and bumps,and earthquake scenes.
