Walking Floor System is used for temporary storage and uniform discharge of all kinds of waste. The hydraulic-driven walking floor at the bottom of the feed bin enables the material in the bin to move uniformly in one direction. A co-rotating metering barrel is arranged at the end of the discharging bin to control the discharging speed. It is made of steel pipe covered by metal sheet and it is equipped with imported Hardox wear-resistant steel plate and Rexroth hydraulic system. Its moving route and frequency are adjustable. The length of the equipment is 40 meters. Working Principle: By hydraulically drive, the neighbor movable plate at the bottom moves asynchronously to make the material move in one certain direction. A drum that rotates in the same direction of material moves is set at the outlet to control the speed. Application: The even feeding of MSW,Landfill,Organic,C&D waste. It can also be used as a buffer silo to temporarily store materials.
