EAD LASER can provide tube laser cutting machine. It can deal with max. 6m length pipe. Can widely used in mechanical machinery. The whole machine frame still increase mechanical features after high temperature treatment, then place in natural condition for several days. There are several supporting parts, so the length of tube between 0.3m to 6m both can process in our LEAD TVF series machine. The self-centering clamping chuck has two individual pairs of jaws which are operated pneumatically to clamp the tube. The clamping force can be regulated by adjusting the pneumatic pressure for the clamps, this way it can be avoided to crush thin walled tube under a too high force or losing the grip on heavy tubes during fast rotations. Rotating operating panel The operating panel is connected by rotated arm with machine tool, which is more flexible to operator to monitor the CNC system, cutting process and loading system at same time.
