How PSA Hydrogen Generators Work
The pressure swing adsorption hydrogen production device uses hydrogen-containing mixed gas (ammonia decomposition gas, methanol reforming, natural gas reforming, etc.) as raw materials, through a special molecular sieve, using the principle of pressure swing adsorption to obtain hydrogen at room temperature. According to the difference in the amount of adsorption of hydrogen, nitrogen and other gases on the surface of the molecular sieve and the diffusion rate of hydrogen and nitrogen in the carbon molecular sieve, the opening and closing of the programmable valve is controlled by the programmable controller to achieve pressure adsorption and decompression The attached process completes the separation of hydrogen, nitrogen and other gases to obtain hydrogen with the required purity.
