What is Diaphragm compressor: Diaphragm compressor, also known as membrane compressor, is a positive displacement compressor with a special structure, and is the highest level of compression in the gas compression field. There is a diaphragm in the cylinder. The space between the cylinder head and the diaphragm constitutes a gas compression chamber, and the other side of the diaphragm is an oil pressure chamber. The reciprocating movement of the piston in the oil cylinder causes the diaphragm to fold back under the action of the difference between the oil pressure and the gas pressure and its own elastic deformation force to periodically change the volume of the gas compression chamber to compress the gas. Due to its special structure, the cylinder does not need to be lubricated, and the sealing performance is very good. The compression medium does not come into contact with any lubricant, so it can compress gas with extremely high purity and is suitable for compressing and transporting precious rare gases. In addition, diaphragm compressors are especially suitable for corrosive, radioactive, toxic, explosive gases and oxygen. Diaphragm compressor cylinders have good heat dissipation and can use higher compression ratios, thus providing a wide pressure range.
