Description

1, Machine's main features 1.1, The machine is configured with a travelling table and stationary gantry design, to provide a rigid and stable platform as well as a small floor space. 1.2, The machine is utilized imported PA laser dedicated CNC control system, which is combined from laser nd machine control system. The control system is developed 1.3, On the Windows® operation system with the excellent developing capacity of HMI, CNC and PLC, following the most advanced process. The control system is supplied laser die-board process database, machine operation function, laser operation function, remote diagnose function and so on. 1.4, The machine is equipped with customized programming software NEWCAM PACK6.0 from Taiwan, this versatile product combines the drawing, programming, slit width and text setting, multiple file formats supporting, and machining process customization. 1.5, The machine is capable to cut different slit width in one drawing. This silt width is controlled corresponding by the potential button on the operation interface to have multiple silt width in one cut. 1.6, A specialized machining process package is supplied with the machine, it is very convenient to use or modify the different machine parameter correspond to different slit width or different thickness.
