Screen changes have never been easier or faster than with the operator-friendly QuickChange™ PT from SWECO®. The QuickChange PT reduces screen changing to a one-man operation, greatly reducing the necessary labor and eliminating the need to involve maintenance crews. This pneumatically powered lift system is operated by simply turning a switch, and the motor start-up interlock and slow raise/lower cylinders add to the safety of the system. Screen changes can be made safely and quickly, significantly reducing downtime and greatly increasing productivity. Another SWECO innovation that separates us from the rest. The QuickChange PT features two air cylinders that are self-contained within towers mounted independently on each side of the unit. With a simple turn of a switch, the end of the cylinder rods raise up from the towers to engage a bracket on the cover or frame and lift the frame stack.
