Conveyor belt tracker V Return

The V Return Tracker is an adaptation of the original Sure Align Tracker designed for conveyors utilizing angled belt systems. The Link-Belt® Sure Align Tracker by Conveyors Plus is a belt conveyor alignment system for the mining, oil, gas, and material handling sectors. It is an affordable and proven system that immediately increases safety, productivity, and cost savings. Since its inception in 2004, the Sure Align Tracker has experienced widespread acceptance of this innovative and highly successful alignment system in major mines worldwide. Systems are currently installed with Newmont, FMI, Xstrata, BHP, Lafarge, Barrick, Rio Tinto, Vale, Goldcorp, Detour, Codelco, IOC, Brigus Gold, DeBeers Diamond Mines, Coal mines, CNRL Oil Sands and Potash Corporation. The belt trackers are used on belt widths from 12 to 160 inches. The rollers are manufactured with half-inch rubber lagging, and the return trackers are installed on the clean side of the belt. The trackers are proven effective on belts ranging from slow-speed feeder belts (less than 0.1MPS or 0.3FPS) to high-speed belts (up to 7MPS or 23 FPS).
