YSBIOTECH fully automated bioreactor was designed especially for cell culture cultivation. Design and manufacturing was made according to GMP requirements. For gentle and efficient mixing our engineers applied marine impellers with magnetic drive. Bioreactor is equipped with gas-mixing system for sparging and overlay: Air, Oxygen, Nitrogen, CO2. Sterilization procedure is carried out in fully automatic mode. This bioreactor is equipped with additional SIPable feeding lines. It is possible to provide on-line measurement of media composition using SYSBIOTECH SCADA system. Bioreactor is mounted on stainless steel (AISI 304) tubular legs with adjustable feet. Sparger inlet line and overlay inlet line have separate absolute filters. Exhaust line is equipped with condenser, heater and air filter. Manual bypass line controls the flow-rate of each gas automatically. C-BIO2TM control system features: Universal control system for bioreactors of any volume. You can use either separate control system for each culture vessel, or one control system for several vessels. The system is based on SCADA controller, constructed in conformance with industrial automation standards. Simple and intuitive user interface provides quick access to all controllers and data. You can create your own program of cultivation using “Sequences” program – for better control of your bioprocess. All bioprocess data is gathered and saved as separate electronic records. To minimize the number of errors, different bioreactor operators have four different levels of access to the control system.
