The Portamap is a mobile oxygen analyzer and carbon dioxide headspace analyzer that is ideal for use in gauging headspace gas which includes gas flushing of food, and testing for the presence of oxygen and carbon dioxide in food packaged under altered and regulated environments. The unit is easy-to-use, and is operated via batteries that does not require any maintenance. The batteries can also be recharged via linking the analyzer to a mains supply.
