Description

High speed roughing and finishing of non-ferrous materials, even with considerable stress The HP26 machining centre is the most compact in the series. The structure, which integrates the side shoulders to the base, allows for great stability and repeatability of precision and quality machining, even with considerable stress. The structure with a moving crossbeam running on two side shoulders and total perimeter enclosure with front sliding doors allows for easy access to load/unload the workpiece and maximum safety for the operator. HP26 is excellent for high speed milling on medium-sized composite or light alloy models and components. Let us guide you with our technical advice for your project and chose the safety of guaranteed reliability. The “HPline 26” Machining Centre is a milling machine 5-axis on the tool and commanded by a NC, consisting of a structure with Cartesian axes and a mobile crossbeam: The base, a single block whose structure consists of a built-in worktop, supports, on both sides, the guides on which the sliding crossbeam has been placed: the “Y” longitudinal axis. On the crossbeam slide the carriage of the “Y” transversal axis, on which moves the vertical arm for the “Z” axis. The Z axis arm end is the fastening element of the operating unit. Structures formed with a alveolar pattern and whose size is based on the principles of FEM finite element analysis integrated with dynamic simulation Motion is transmitted by Brushless motors coupled to precision gear reducers with pinions fastened onto them and running on hardened and ground precision racks with helical teeth.
