Description

High speed milling and finishing of non-ferrous materials for large components with a complex design The PLUS version is the most innovative and high-performance evolution of the HP line series. All the linear axes are fitted with a double drive unit and direct measurement systems with linear lines, a configuration that makes the machine more precise even with high dynamic performance when milling surfaces of large-sized models and structures at high speed. A wide range of accessories complete the performance of the HP line PLUS models, meeting any technological need to process complex shapes in composite material, aluminium and light alloys for the automotive and aerospace sectors. The “HP line PLUS” Machining Centre is a milling machine 5-axis on the tool and commanded by a NC, consisting of a structure with Cartesian axes and a mobile crossbeam: Moving crossbeam sliding on guides positioned on side pillars: "Y" longitudinal axis. The carriage of the “X” transversal axis, which moves the vertical arm for the Z axis, slides on the beam. The axis end is the fastening element of the operating unit. Separate worktop from the machine bases Strong structures made of electro-welded and standardised steel formed with a "alveolar" pattern and with size based on the principles of FEM finite element analysis integrated with dynamic simulation. Motion is transmitted by Brushless motors coupled to precision gear reducers with pinions fastened onto them and running on hardened and ground precision racks with helical teeth. The components slide on precision prismatic guides with pre-loaded recirculating ball runners.
