FLOTATION WASHER (Pea & Corn Washer) A common machine for washing of sweet corn kernel and pea grain; It is used for the separation of unwanted stranger & broken parts, and waste in grains. Various Capacitied models; up to 3, 6, 10, 15 tons/hr of pea grain or cut sweet corn kernel. • AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel material. • Flotation tank with water jet system. • Floating light trash separator with scraping crawler chain belt. • Gravitational heavy waste separator with PVC belt (destoning). • Broken product separation drum separator. • Water circulation and filtering system (one centrifugal pump, one suction tank and drum filter) • Destoning PVC Belt Conveyor, Drum Broken Separator, Water Filtering Drum and Floating Trashes Scraping System are driven by motoreducers separately. • Water circulation centrifugal pump.
