• Made of AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel.
• Variable belt speed control.
• There are two belt (Carrier and Submerger belts) conveyor.
• St. steel wire Belt width: approx. 80cm.
• Each belt is pulled with sprockets on the shafts driven by seperate motorreducers.
• Motorreducer driven screwjack mechanism for raising of the submerger belt and the carrier belt to clean between and under the belts both easily and safely.
• There are both an automatic controlled indirect steam coil exchanger and a manual controlled direct steam injection pipe in the blanching tank.
