Description

SCREWED DRUM BLANCHER Type. TSDB for blanching in steam heated hot water of almost every kind of vegetables excluded leaf ones. Various Capacities 2,5 tons/hr up to 5 tons/hr of green pea grain based • Construction in AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel completely or wet sections are AISI 316 upon request. • Product advancing screwed perforated drum. • Totally 4 pieces of easily openable lids on both side. • One direct and two indirect steam coils. • One automatic proportional controlled modulated steam valve with PT100 thermo probe and digital temperature controller for indirect steam heating. • One manual controlled ball valve for direct steam heating. • One manual controlled ball valve and a steam trap for indirect steam heating of the roof. • Discharge chute with fresh water fall. • Infeed chute with blanching water pumped. • Electronic Inverter controlled horizontal screwed drum driven by chain sprocket mechanism and a motorreducer.
