It is used for removing of pea grains in manually harvested (hand-picked) pea pods by exploding of pods model to include Input capacity: up to 2,5-3tons/h of manually harvested (hand-picked) pea pods at each machine. Output Capacity: approx. 750-1000 kgs/h of pea grain (depends on kind of pea variety). • Stainless steel wire sieved, horizontal, painted mild steel rotating drum. (approx. Ø100cm. x L: 3meter) • Horizontal, cylindirical rotor with plastic paddles. (approx. Ø72cm. x L: 2,7meter) • PVC belt for pea grains. • Feeding and discharge chutes and guard plates are made of AISI 304 st. steel. • Main frame construction in stainless steel covered mild steel. • Driven by an electric motor, 11kw, 380 Volt AC, 50 Hz, 3 phasses+N+PE. • Overall Dimensions approx. 440cm.*220cm.*250cm (L*W*H). • Net Weight: approx. 3100 kg
