PREPARATION TANK
it is used for preparation of receipt of sauce, ketchup, hummus, jam/marmalade and etc. by steam heating and mixing by low speed scraper and high speed sheared mixer.
• Volume is approx. 1500 lt.
• Cylindrical vertical tank.
• Front half openable lid with limit safety switch is top of the tank.
• Construction in AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel completely or only wet sections are AISI 316 upon request.
• DN50 product discharge valve at the bottom.
• Steam jacketted and insulated.
• Low speed (18 rpm) Vertical scraped mixer with agitators is central of the tank driven by a motorreducer.
• High speed (2800 rpm) vertical schredder type high-shear mixer in the tank driven by a motor.
• Cip ball.
• Addition Cone Chute for adding of sugar/salt etc.
• Electrical control panel will be assembled on the tank.
• Saturated Steam Consumption: approx. 500 kg/h (P:2bar)
• On-off controlled pneumatic steam valve and pt100 probe and digital displayed electronic temperature controller for automatic temperature controlling and also steam valve, safety valve, steam trap and manometer.
