SCRAPED SURFACE PASTEURISER it will be used to bring the product to the desired pasteurization temperature with steam heating. Specification for each are as follows: • it will be produced from AISI 304 stainless steel material. • Chassis made of stainless steel profile tubing. • The length of the portion of the heating will be 1,5 meters. • Rotor made of stainless steel tube rotates in the stainless steel tube stator by pivoting with teflon scrapers is driven by a motor gear unit and mechanical seal. • Steam jacket. • Steam input and output are DN50 flanges. • Product input and output are NW50 union. • Pneumatically actuated outlet valve and relief valve by- pass system at the product output. • Scrapers are made of P.T.F.E. (white teflon) material. P.S.: It can be arranged single, double or quadro as serial for customer`s capacity / process requirements.
