DEAERATOR & TUBULAR PASTEURISER-HOLDER UNIT
For deaerating and pasteurising of hot filled products such us fruit juice-puree-pulp and ketchup.
It consists of two section as Deaerator and Tubular Pasteuriser:
All system are set in a st. Steel chassis. Electrical control panel including automatic heating control is set for all system on same chassis.
Deaerator Section:
For deaerating (degasing) in the product against color darkning.
• Product contact points made of AISI 316 Cr-Ni st. Steel and the others made of AISI 304 Cr-Ni st. steel.
• Conical bottom shaped.
• Openable top cover with sealed and screwed.
• Totally two seeing ports that one of them with ligthning.
• Pneumatic actuatored valve for product inlet.
• Automatic level control.
• Vacuum pump.
• Vacuum gauge and vacuum discharge valve.
• Inverter speed controlled monopump.
Tubular Pasteuriser-Holder Section:
Suited to hot filling process. It is used for heating of product up to 90-95 C and holding.
• Product contact points made of AISI 316 Cr-Ni st. Steel and the others made of AISI 304 Cr-Ni st. steel.
• Tube in tube type heat exchanger with outer tube for hot water circulation and inner tube for the product. And holder consists of just tubes.
• For the hot water circulation, there are a stainless steel pump and separately multitube heat exchanger for heating of circulating water.
• There are a pt100 probe, a PID temperature controller and a proportional steam valve for heating control automatically.
P.S.: It can be manufactured for various capacities and with cooler section depending on customer`s requirements.
