Shell and tube cooler-heater TMHC

MASH HEATER - COOLER It is used for fruit mash heating and also for cooling if desired. It consists of approximately 6 meters long stainless steel pipes intertwined (tube in tube). The connection between the single mouths of the pipes is a union and 90+90 degree elbow rotation. It is connected to the stainless profile chassis with a connection system that compensates for the elongations arising from expansion. The wort moves through the inner pipes, and the Heating/Cooling fluid moves through the section between the outer and inner pipes. The desired capacity is determined according to the number of pipes. Note: Superheated water generator and temperature control unit in the heating exchanger, refrigerant generator and circulation unit to be used in the cooling exchanger, steam and refrigerant supply-outlet valve and accessories can be included in the system.
