FISH WASHER / GLAZER It is used for washing and/or glazing of whole fishes. This bath forms a thin protective film of ice, the aim of improving the visual aspect and also makes the fish not suffer dehydration and lose its freshness characteristics. The equipment consists of a washer/glazer tank with an ice compartment and Bucket belt elevator. Aa air fan (Blower) feeds pressured air into water for jacuzzi effect. There is a fresh/chilled water spray nozzles at he above discharging bucket elevator. There is a deflector and overflow to separate of floating fishes with air sacs. Electrical control Panel with general pushbuttons, emergency stop, bucket belt elevator with variable speed controlled by potentiometer. Machine structure in AISI 304 stainless steel. Washer tank dimensions : 4,1meters in length and 1,4meters in width. Total water filling capacity of the washer tank is approx. 4350 liters.
