SORTING & PACKAGING LINE Operators sort and package raw fruits/vegetables in the crates into carton collies. • AISI 304 stainless steel construction. • Main part; It consists of a total of 8 conveyors as below. - 2pcs of "Empty Raw Material Crate Removal Conveyors". - 2pcs of "Waste Removal Conveyors". - 1pc of "Fulled Package Collection Conveyor". - 1pc of "Fulled Raw Material Crate Distribution Conveyor". - 2pcs of "Empty Packaging Distribution Conveyors". • Additionally, there are miscellaneous amount mobile “Fulled Raw Material Crate Countertops” and “Carton Package Filling Countertops” in the main section, on the both right and left sides. • Additionally, there are miscellaneous amount lamp fixtures in the main part, on the both right and left sides. • Introduction part; It consists of a "Fulled Raw Material Crate Feeding Conveyor". • Output section; It consists of a "Fulled Package Collection Idle Roller Conveyor". • There is a stainless steel body Electrical Control Panel for all electric motors and lighting, as well as Emergency Stop buttons and local control buttons on various places of the machine. P.S.: It can be manufactured for 20 operators as 10 meters in length or 24 operators as 12 meters in length of the Main part.
