HOT WATER JACKETTED PREPARATION TANK
it is used for preparation as bain-marie of receipt of sauce, ketchup and etc. by steam heated hot water jacket and mixing by low speed and high speed sheared mixer.
• Volume is approx. 1000 lt.
• Cylindrical vertical tank.
• Front half openable lid with limit safety switch is top of the tank.
• Construction in AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel completely or only wet sections are AISI 316 upon request.
• DN50 product discharge valve at the bottom.
• First Hot water jacketted and then Steam jacketted and then insulated.
• Low speed Vertical mixer with agitators is central of the tank driven by a motorreducer.
• High speed (2800 rpm) vertical shredder type high-shear mixer in the tank driven by a motor.
• Cip ball upon by request.
• Addition Cone Chute for adding of sugar/salt etc upon by request.
• Electrical control panel can be assembled on the tank upon by request.
• Saturated Steam Consumption: approx. 300 kg/h (P:2bar)
• On-off controlled pneumatic steam valve and pt100 probe and digital displayed electronic temperature controller for automatic temperature controlling and also steam valve, safety valve, steam trap and manometer.
