Description

Super Finish Mill with Semi-Tangentially Clamped Wiper Insert » Super surface finish with wide wiper geometry » High positive 4-corner insert » No set-up time with special tool design » Insert for aluminum, steel and cast iron Non-Adjusting Screw Type Insert, Cutter Line for Super Finishing The SFEED-TEC CHASE-4-FINISH line's direct screw mounting system eliminates the required run-out adjustment of cutters while performing finishing operations, therefore eliminating the need for extra set-up time. The arrangement of the cutter's unique cutting edges and design optimizes surface roughness while machining depths of cut of under 0.5 mm and reduces set-up time. The double-sided 4 corner 4WHU insert’s long wipers enable excellent surface roughness during machining and is especially suited for a variety of materials from aluminum to steels and cast iron. The CHASE-4-FINISH’s improved tool life and chip evacuation is benefited by the insert’s high axial rake angle.
