DXF overlay app allows you to find specific PCB components in seconds during quality control in electronics. To optimize your efficiency and overall production capacity, this digital microscope app replaces otherwise tedious processes. Instead of manually trying to locate a specific PCB component, simply type the component name in the application search bar and the app finds it for you in a matter of seconds. To improve efficiency further, include rework instructions in the DXF file to eliminate additional material at the work station when reworking PCB batches. A mouse and keyboard are required to use this application. For the best results, we also recommend the following equipment: Foot switch and XY table. Features of DXF overlay app Find components with search bar Type a component name in the search bar – or only parts of the name if you prefer. All search results will be highlighted on the monitor so they are easy for you to find. Zoom in and out with DXF file activated When zooming in or out, the DXF file will follow the size of the PCB underneath the digital microscope and realign itself to match. Show/hide parts of DXF file If a DXF file contains more than one layer, each layer can be shown/hidden individually. Customize layer color To make the DXF file as visible as possible, you can choose between 24 colors when changing the color of each layer in the file.
