SZS Series Oil and Gas Fired Boilers The SZS series boilers, available in both gas-fired and oil-fired configurations, are designed for efficient industrial steam generation and hot water supply. Featuring a D-type arrangement and double-drum water tube structure, these boilers ensure high burning efficiency and safety through their full membrane wall design. In the gas steam boiler, flue gases pass through a membrane-walled combustion chamber into the convection bank, maximizing heat transfer before entering a steel spiral fin economizer. The oil steam boiler follows a similar design, optimizing thermal efficiency. Both models produce low-pressure steam or hot water, with rated capacities from 4 to 75 tons per hour for steam and 4.2 to 70 MW for hot water, and pressure ranges of 1.0, 1.25, and 1.6 MPa. These boilers achieve heat efficiencies up to 95% and are suited for various industries, including chemicals, textiles, food processing, and pharmaceuticals.
