The rotary film deaerator is composed of two major components: a deaeration tower and a water tank. The heating and deaeration of feed water are mainly completed in the deaeration tower, and the water tank is used for water storage and buffering.

The first-level deaerator assembly is welded into a whole by a cylinder, a partition, a spiral membrane tube, a dual-flow connecting tube, an inlet mixing tube and a tube assembly, and is divided into a water chamber, a secondary steam chamber and a water film skirt chamber. ; And the rotating film tube is the main heat and mass transfer component, and it is also one of the patented technical contents of our company. Detailed design calculations can be carried out according to the different parameters of the owner's project system and different operating conditions.
The secondary deaeration component is composed of two parts, the grate group and the net wave packing, which play the role of deep deaeration and load adjustment. The net wave filler is a mesh belt woven from flat stainless steel wires with a cross-sectional size of 0.1×0.4mm, with Ω-shaped perforations, a specific surface area greater than 300m2/m3, and a porosity greater than 94%. The installation method adopted by our company is to flatten the net wave packing and place it in a separable packing box.
The deaeration water tank is also equipped with a steam pipe, a water discharge pipe, a re-boiling pipe, an anti-rotation plate and various sockets.
In order to prevent any steam source from causing overpressure in the deaerator and water tank, a safety valve is installed on the equipment.
