Description

The SZL series biomass steam boiler (also referred to as biomass hot water boiler) is a popular model designed for burning biomass fuels such as wood chips and biomass pellets. It is a double-drum, natural circulation boiler with an "O"-shaped layout, featuring membrane wall tubes on all four sides of the furnace. The boiler also includes a convection bank at the rear and an external economizer for improved heat recovery. Similar to coal-fired boilers, the SZL biomass steam boiler offers a large heating surface, high thermal efficiency, minimal fuel leakage, and separate air chambers. It is equipped with PLC-based automatic control for smooth operation. This model is ideal for low-pressure steam generation and can also function as a biomass hot water boiler. The boiler is designed to deliver high performance with excellent fuel efficiency. Key Features of SZL Biomass Steam Boiler: Compact and efficient structure with clear water circulation and minimal space requirements. Easy to operate, with rapid temperature and pressure rise and sufficient output capacity. Suitable for a wide range of fuels, making it versatile and cost-effective. Designed for low civil engineering investment. The SZL series biomass boiler is an ideal solution for industrial applications needing sustainable steam or hot water production with a focus on energy efficiency and environmental responsibility.
