Industrial biomass boiler of SZW Series adopts reciprocating grate which is divided into the upper body and lower combustion equipment. The upper body of the industrial boiler is composed of upper and lower drums with its water wall connecting to left and right headers, and its convection tube bundles between upper and lower drums. The inner side of the SZW biomass boiler is the furnace wall and front and rear arch laid with refractory brick and concrete. The the outer side of the biomass boiler is steel frame and skinning plate, and the middle is insulation material.
SZW industrial biomass boiler can be used as biomass steam boiler to generate low pressure steam with rated evaporation capacity of 6-35 tons/h and rated pressure of 0.7-2.5MPa. It also can be used as biomass hot water boiler to produce hot water. The SZW biomass boiler designed thermal SZ to 82%.
