The SZL series coal-fired steam boiler, also capable of generating hot water, is widely used for industrial steam production by burning pulverized coal that is blown into the firebox. TANSHAN's SZL coal-fired boiler features a large heat surface, high heat efficiency, and a flake-type chain grate that ensures steady combustion with minimal coal leakage. The advanced design includes separate air chambers with adjustable air distribution for efficient burning, making it ideal for a variety of industrial applications. The SZL boiler is designed to produce low and medium-pressure steam or hot water, with rated evaporation capacities ranging from 2 to 35 tons per hour for steam boilers and from 1.4 MW to 14 MW for hot water boilers. The rated pressures range from 0.7 to 2.5 MPa. The design heat efficiency reaches up to 81-82%, ensuring excellent energy savings and reliable performance.
