Description

The SZW series industrial biomass boiler uses a reciprocating grate and is designed with separate upper and lower combustion units. The upper body consists of two drums connected by water walls, with convection tube bundles between the drums. The furnace walls and arches are made of refractory bricks and concrete, and the outer casing is a steel frame with insulation in the middle. This biomass boiler is suitable for generating low-pressure steam (or hot water) with a rated evaporation capacity ranging from 1t/h to 75t/h and a pressure range of 0.7 to 4.0 MPa. For hot water, the capacity range is 0.7 MW to 64 MW. The design thermal efficiency is up to 82%, making it highly efficient for industrial applications. Features of SZW Industrial Biomass Boiler: Optimized furnace combustion with secondary air for better heat distribution and reduced furnace temperature. Large burnout chamber and controlled flue gas speed to reduce fly ash and improve efficiency. Low-speed reciprocating grate extends fuel residence time for thorough combustion. Water-cooled front arch reduces furnace temperature and enables better control of primary and secondary air. Grate movement ensures effective fuel burning and fly ash removal. This boiler is engineered for energy-efficient and stable operation, providing an eco-friendly solution for both steam and hot water production across various industrial sectors.
