Industrial biomass boiler of SZW Series adopts reciprocating grate which is divided into the upper body and lower combustion equipment. The upper body of the industrial boiler is composed of upper and lower drums with its water wall connecting to left and right headers, and its convection tube bundles between upper and lower drums. The inner side of the SZW biomass boiler is the furnace wall and front and rear arch laid with refractory brick and concrete. The the outer side of the biomass boiler is steel frame and skinning plate, and the middle is insulation material. SZW industrial biomass boiler can be used as biomass steam boiler to generate low pressure steam with rated evaporation capacity of 6-35 tons/h and rated pressure of 0.7-2.5MPa. It also can be used as biomass hot water boiler to produce hot water. The SZW biomass boiler designed thermal SZ to 82%. Features of SZW Industrial Biomass Boiler Increase the combustion share of middle furnace, set secondary air, reduce the overall temperature of the furnace. Raise the furnace, increase a large section burn-out chamber, reduce the outlet flue speed, reduce the fly ashamount. Large angle low-speed reciprocating grate to extend the fuel stay time in the furnace, and is conducive to downwardmovement of fly ash. Water-cooled short front arch reduce the temperature before the furnace; adjust the primary air and second air amount before the furnace to control the ignition point. The slow movement of grate makes the fuel gradually moved backward, increase the stay time of the fuel in the furnace,
