The SHL series Biomass Pellet Boiler is a double-drum horizontal boiler with a chain grate, designed for burning biomass fuels such as wood chips and biomass pellets. It features a water-cooled furnace with front and rear water-cooled walls forming a water-cooled arch. The convection tube bundle is located between the upper and lower drums, and the economizer and air preheater are arranged at the rear of the boiler. A soot blower interface is also included on the convection tube bundle and economizer. This biomass boiler is used to generate medium and high-pressure steam or hot water. It is known for its high thermal efficiency, which makes it an effective solution for industries requiring large amounts of steam or hot water. Features of SHL Biomass Pellet Boiler: W-shaped flue gas path in the convection tubes helps prevent ash deposition while increasing the convection heating area for improved efficiency. Heavy-duty three-layer furnace wall provides excellent insulation, minimizing heat loss.
