DHW Series Biomass Boiler
The DHW Series Biomass Boiler is a single-drum horizontal biomass-fired boiler with an inclined reciprocating grate, specially designed for burning biomass fuels. The grate has a 15-degree inclination, and the furnace features a membrane wall structure. The furnace outlet includes slag-cooling tubes, ensuring that the flue gas temperature remains below 800°C, preventing slagging of fly ash. The system includes high-temperature and low-temperature superheaters, an economizer, and an air preheater, while the flue gas temperature after the air preheater is controlled to 160°C.
The DHW biomass boiler is optimized for low-pressure steam generation and offers high thermal efficiency, ideal for industrial applications requiring reliable steam or hot water.
Features of DHW Biomass Boiler:
Prevents slagging through the continuous movement of the reciprocating grate, which is essential for biomass fuels.
High furnace design with low flue gas velocity ensures efficient combustion and prevents fly ash from escaping with the exhaust gas.
Secondary air ensures complete fuel combustion, extending the fuel's residence time in the furnace.
The arch design enhances the mixing of airflow and optimizes thermal radiation within the furnace.
The in-line arrangement of the convection heating surface reduces the buildup of soot.
Equipped with an acoustic wave soot blower and cleaning doors for easy maintenance and soot removal.
This biomass boiler is designed for efficient performance across a wide range of industrial applications, providing sustainable and reliable heating solutions.
