WNS Series Oil and Gas Fired Boilers The WNS series boilers, available in both oil-fired and gas-fired models, are designed for efficient industrial steam generation and hot water supply. Featuring a ripple furnace and screw thread smoke tube design, these boilers utilize a horizontal three-pass, wet back structure with fully automatic control for safe operation. In the oil-fired model, the burner atomizes oil in the corrugated furnace, generating radiant heat. The high-temperature flue gas flows through a reversal chamber and threaded smoke tube bundle for effective heat exchange. The gas-fired version offers similar efficiency, achieving burning efficiencies over 99.5% with high-quality burners. Both models are capable of producing low-pressure steam or hot water, with rated capacities ranging from 1 to 420 tons per hour and 0.7 to 116 MW, with pressures ranging from 0.7 to 9.8 MPa. These boilers achieve heat efficiencies up to 95% and are designed to support environmental protection by utilizing clean energy and minimizing pollution. Their compact design makes them suitable for a variety of industrial facilities.
