From the body to the cap. At Bidegain we manufacture all the components of butterfly valves to high standards to guarantee the quality and performance of all our valves.
Seat ring
Metal sealing. Seat support of nickel alloys, stainless steel and steels to guarantee a perfect sealing, and coating (nickel-ENP, tungsten-carbide and chrome-carbide plating.
Soft sealing. Bidegain machines seats in thermoplastic materials such as Devlon, PTFE, nylon, PEEK and PCTFE.
Quality: strict machining control to guarantee perfect roundness. We carry out alcohol and blue dye testing.
