Description

Gauge 432 is the second in the large diameter section, offering twice the capacity of its predecessor, Gauge 342. Focused on manufacturing robust naval ropes or lifting cables, among others, this range of braiding machines is suitable for a wide variety of materials, from nylon and polyesters to the most advanced synthetic fibers. Within the range, we find models for manufacturing ropes or rope cores with 8, 12, and 16 carriers, as well as a 24 carrier machine aimed at externally covering the rope. Ratera provides various useful accessories for achieving the desired final product and adapting to the needs of each costumer. • Different pulling systems depending on the diameter range desired to produce. There are mechanical pulling systems attached to the braiding machine for ropes up to Ø50mm and Ø70mm or autonomous pulling systems with electronic pitch control for ranges up to Ø125mm. • Different types of take ups at the braiding point with the option of a motorized zipper for adjustment. • Different guides and stoppind devices for the core. • Integral safety protections for personnel. • Ratera offers a wide range of take ups for folding the braiding thread, either in Ratera metal bobbins or in synchronized bobbin collectors. • Ratera offers the possibility of adapting to customer bobbins. • Customized electrical panel. From the basic panel operated with buttons and basic protections to complete systems with touchscreen, PLCs, speed controls, recipes, and connectivity.
