Ratera provides a wide range of useful accessories necessary for obtaining the desired final product and adapting to the needs of each factory. • A wide range of tensioners for multiple threads and tension control: Ceramic Discs for textiles, ball tensioners for coarse products, or constant tension electronic feeders for very fine yarns such as suture. • The touchscreen of the new winder is useful to adjust winding and production parameters. All values can be stored as recipes in the PLC, increasing set-up speed in a user-friendly manner. • Cutting is both mechanical and electrical, depending on the fiber. There is an option for automatic insertion of clips to hold loose ends after cutting. Ideal for multiple monofilament strands. • Option for heads with independent traction and metering, to reduce product waste to practically zero.
