Pay-off units for unwinding wire spools the “Derule” (rolling spools). Ideal working together with our 2PVLU/320M and 4PVLU/330M wire winders. Ratera Pay-off units allow dispensing metal wires at equalized tension and avoid visible catenary problems in braiding. This is achieved thanks to its tensioner arm and breaking system. • Adaptable to customer’s bobbin. • Adjustable number of columns: Versions with 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, 24, 28, 32, 34 up to 38 bobbins. • Tension arm with brake. • Adjustable unwinding tension using weights. • Optional: Wheels for mobility within the plant. • Optional: Reinforcement with metallic bearing bobbins for high tension applications.
